Is there a difference between products sold online vs. in-store?

The products offered online are not exactly the same as the products carried in-store. Therefore, if you find an item online that does not mean it will be available in store, or vice versa.

While our website offers a great selection, our store has many additional Specialty Items such as one-of-a-kind custom styled wigs, handmade armor, space suits, collectibles and much more!

What is the policy for Refunds or Exchanges?
  • Online – Please check our Returns & Refunds page for more information.
  • In Store – Our Hollywood location does not offer Refunds or Exchanges. All sales are final. In the rare occasion that a refund or exchange is granted, it will be at the sole discretion of the store manager, who has the right to adhere to the HTC store policy as seen fit. Thank you for your understanding.
Is the store by appointment or for pick up only?
  • Depending on staffing shortages or other factors, the HTC staff reserves the right to limit the number of customers permitted into the store.
  • We encourage you to call the store to confirm that we carry your items prior to driving over 800-554-3444. If the phones are busy, please let the person doing check-ins at the front door know what you are looking for and they would be happy to assist you.
Does HTC ever stay open after 7:00 PM?
  • We are open 7 days a week until 7:00 PM. However, as we get closer to Halloween, HTC will begin to stay open until 10:00 PM or later.

Does HTC have parking on-site?

Is HTC really haunted?
  • Our building was originally built in 1928 and has a lot of history!
  • It is true, many of our employees have experienced supernatural encounters throughout the years. If you are interested in learning more, you can watch our episode on Ghost Adventures – season 25, episode 2.
Are photos or filming allowed?
  • Our customers are welcome to take photos.
  • For filming, please ask the manager or person behind the register prior to any filming. We consider and approve requests on a case-by-case basis.

Does HTC rent costumes?

In order to provide our customers with the highest quality costumes, HTC does not rent costumes or any other items.

Does HTC sell custom styled wigs?

Yes! HTC is proud to work with some of the greatest wig stylists in Los Angeles and offers a large variety of custom styled wigs that cannot be found anywhere else.

Does HTC sell contact lenses?

HTC no longer sells contact lenses and is unable to suggest other locations.
